Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
For Fireplaces (EPA NSPS & NFPA 211 Compliance):

Read all installation and operation instructions before first use.

Installation must comply with all local building codes, NFPA 211, and manufacturer instructions.

Only EPA-certified models (with EPA certification label) may be sold or installed in most jurisdictions.

As of 2020, all new wood stoves sold in the U.S. must produce no more than 2.0 grams of particulate matter per hour.

Do not exceed rated heating capacity.

Ensure proper chimney and venting installation.

Keep flammable materials away from fireplace.
-
Use only approved fuel (seasoned cordwood). Do not burn trash, plastic, or treated wood.
For Thermostats (Electrical & FCC Compliance):

Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or HVAC technician per NEC.

Turn off power at circuit breaker before installation.

Do not exceed voltage ratings.

For smart thermostats: Follow Wi-Fi setup instructions; keep firmware updated.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

4. FTC EnergyGuide Labeling (16 CFR Part 305)
Thermostats covered by DOE energy conservation standards must bear the FTC EnergyGuide label on packaging disclosing estimated annual energy consumption and operating costs. Labels must be clear, conspicuous, and placed on the product packaging.
5. FCC Compliance Statement
For all smart thermostats and smart fireplace controllers with wireless functionality:

6. California Proposition 65 Warning
